At Golden Touch Limousines, we are committed to maintaining the highest standards of professionalism, safety, and customer satisfaction. The following policy guidelines are designed to ensure a smooth experience for every client while protecting the integrity of our services and the safety of our staff and passengers.
RESERVATIONS AND DEPOSITS
All bookings must be confirmed in advance with a valid payment method. A non-refundable deposit may be required to secure your reservation, with the remaining balance due before or on the day of service.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations must be made within the specified time frame noted at the time of booking to avoid charges. Cancellations made after the deadline may result in a partial or full charge, depending on the nature of the reservation.
WAIT TIME AND OVERTIME
Clients are granted a grace period for pickup delays; however, extended wait times may result in additional charges. If your event runs longer than planned, overtime will be billed in 15- or 30-minute increments, depending on the vehicle reserved.
ALCOHOL AND BEHAVIOR GUIDELINES
Alcohol consumption is permitted for passengers aged 21 and over, provided local laws allow. We maintain a strict policy against underage drinking, drug use, or unruly behavior. The chauffeur reserves the right to end service without a refund in the event of misconduct.
VEHICLE CLEANLINESS AND DAMAGE
Clients are expected to treat the vehicle with care. Excessive mess, spills, or damage caused by passengers may result in cleaning or repair fees. We aim to deliver every ride in pristine condition and appreciate your cooperation.
SAFETY AND SEAT BELT USAGE
For your safety, seat belts must be worn at all times while the vehicle is in motion. Our chauffeurs follow all traffic laws and reserve the right to refuse unsafe route requests or passenger behavior that may compromise safety.
LOST OR LEFT-BEHIND ITEMS
While we make every effort to return lost items, we are not responsible for personal belongings left in the vehicle. Please double-check your belongings before exiting.
SERVICE LIMITATIONS
We reserve the right to substitute vehicles in case of unforeseen issues, and we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, or other factors beyond our control. We are committed to minimizing disruptions and delivering a smooth experience.
