We recommend booking as early as possible to secure your preferred vehicle and time slot, especially during peak seasons such as prom, weddings, holidays, and weekends. However, we do accommodate last-minute bookings whenever availability allows.

Our fleet includes luxury sedans, stretch limousines, SUV limos, executive SUVs, party buses, sprinter vans, and more. Each vehicle is well-maintained, clean, and equipped with premium amenities to suit your occasion and group size.
Are your chauffeurs professionally trained?
Yes, all of our chauffeurs are professionally trained, licensed, and background-checked. They are experienced, courteous, and committed to delivering safe and exceptional service with the highest level of discretion and professionalism.
Is there a minimum rental time?
Yes, rental minimums typically range from 2 to 4 hours depending on the vehicle and the type of event. Special packages may have specific time requirements. Please contact us for exact details based on your needs.
Can I see the vehicle before I book it?
Absolutely! We encourage clients to schedule an appointment to view our fleet in person. We can also provide detailed photos and specifications upon request to help you choose the best vehicle for your occasion.
What amenities are included in the limousines?
Our limousines come with luxury seating, LED lighting, climate control, surround sound systems, tinted privacy windows, beverage stations (BYOB for most events), and other high-end features depending on the model.
Can I make special requests for decorations or music?
Yes! We are happy to accommodate special requests, including custom playlists, event-specific decorations (such as weddings or birthdays), and more. Please notify us in advance so we can make proper arrangements.
Are food and drinks allowed in the vehicles?
Yes, food and drinks are allowed in most of our vehicles. Alcohol is permitted for passengers over 21, as long as it's legal in your area. However, we ask that you keep the space tidy and avoid messy foods. Additional cleaning fees may apply if the vehicle is not returned in good condition.
Do you offer airport transportation services?
Yes, we provide reliable and punctual airport transfer services to and from all major regional airports. We track your flight in real-time and adjust your pickup schedule accordingly to ensure a smooth and timely experience.
What happens if my event runs longer than expected?
If your event runs longer, you are welcome to extend the rental time, pending vehicle availability. Additional time is billed in increments based on the hourly rate stated in your reservation agreement.
Is a deposit required to reserve a vehicle?
Yes, a deposit is required to confirm your reservation. The deposit amount depends on the type of vehicle and duration of service. The balance is typically due before or on the day of service.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations must be made within a specified time frame prior to your reservation to avoid fees. For most bookings, we require at least 72 hours' notice for a full refund of your deposit. Custom packages and events may have different cancellation terms.
